The location I previously checked out feels like the right fit. I made an offer a few weeks ago and it was accepted. We are just going through the process of getting it inspected, appraised, environmental studies. All sorts of steps to buying commercial property. Because it feels like this is more real, I have been buying some inventory here and there. I have some medical models, old microscope, artwork, so many odds and ends. I have been talking with different artists I know about being in the shop. People are excited. I am super excited. I can’t wait for the building to be mine so I can get my shop going and share all these amazingly weird things with everyone!
