I now have a real estate agent helping me find a location. We are taking a look at a place on Monday that is for lease and for sale. The building is broken up into two separate locations so one could be a rental property if I were able to buy the building for a price that would make my mortgage the same as rent would be. It isn’t in the Arts District like I was hoping for, but it is in an area that is being improved and I have actually seen it before. Fingers crossed.
